Project update : Park Meadows
This time we would like to give an update on Park Meadows. This is a project in Amsterdam that is commissioned by Boele&vanEesteren and based on a design by UNStudio.
The project consists of two residential towers: de Oosttoren (East Tower) and Westtoren (West Tower). The East Tower has 19 floors and offers exclusively rental apartments. The West Tower has 17 floors and offers exclusively owner-occupied apartments.
We have started our construction work on this project and have so far been busy with inserting the sheet piling, followed by the driving in of the piles and the construction of the strut frame. Next to that, we have twisted rebar for a large concrete foundation block. We have been busy pouring concrete here and this week have poured the final bit of concrete for the basement floor. After that, we will start placing the inner and outer walls.
